Implement global visual merchandising strategies and adapt campaign concepts into retail activations across counters, boutiques, pop-ups, and other point-of-sale formats. Coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders on production, sourcing, quality, and delivery to maintain consistent brand standards across markets.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders on production, sourcing, quality, and delivery to maintain consistent brand standards across markets.
Requirements
- Requires 5–8 years of visual merchandising and retail animation experience, including luxury industry experience, preferably in beauty or fragrance, and experience managing global or regional strategies. A master's degree in architecture, scenography, or a related field is desired, along with a portfolio, planogram knowledge, proficiency in SketchUp, VRay, and Adobe Creative Suite, and fluency in English.
