Requirements
- The role requires a senior product designer with end-to-end ownership, independent research and testing capabilities, and experience leading design work at pace in ambiguous or fast-moving agile environments. A portfolio should demonstrate process, aims, metrics, and artifacts; experience in regulated, complex, or financial services environments is a strong advantage.
