Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in field, remote, and point-of-sale settings, including usability tests and concept validation. Synthesize findings into prioritized recommendations, maintain user research resources, track experience metrics, and help product teams interpret evidence.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies (field, remote, and point‑of‑sale)
- Run usability tests and concept validation in short cycles
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights and prioritized recommendations
- Maintain the user panel and insight repository
- Track experience metrics such as SUS, CSAT, and task success
- Support product teams in interpreting research evidence
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in user research or related disciplines
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to recruit and manage participants
- Experience conducting field work with users of low digital literacy (desired)
- Clear communication and visual synthesis of findings
- Intermediate English proficiency
