Requirements
- Requires 7 or more years of professional design experience, including 4 years on growth teams or in ecommerce and merchandising, with demonstrated impact on conversion, basket price, and product adoption. Candidates should have strong onboarding and merchandising experience, be comfortable with experimentation and independent UX research, and communicate design strategy effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
