Product Design Manager

Set the product design vision and quality bar, build and develop the design team, and partner with executive, Product, and Engineering leaders on product strategy and roadmap. Lead complex initiatives from exploration through launch, translating emerging AI capabilities into intuitive experiences while establishing effective design practices and culture.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Requires a proven record of building and developing high-performing product design teams, significant experience shipping complex consumer products, and strong design judgment and craft. Candidates should be able to lead strategically and hands-on, navigate ambiguity, communicate clearly, and demonstrate impact through a portfolio; experience with AI or creative tools is an advantage.
