Requirements
- Requires 10–12 years of UI/UX, product design, or experience design, with strong enterprise or product-based digital design experience and expert-level Figma skills. Candidates should bring balanced UX and UI capabilities, hands-on research and usability testing experience, design systems expertise, and strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills; leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
