- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary semiconductor team developing advanced integrated-material chips, including silicon-photonics products for AI and data-center markets. Coordinate work across digital and analog design, mixed-signal, verification, applications engineering, and physical design.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a strong R&D background and experience managing multifunctional teams across semiconductor design disciplines. Experience with silicon IP or chip development and advanced process technologies such as silicon photonics, PICs, quantum, optical, GaN, SiGe, or FinFET is preferred; fluent English is needed, while Italian-English bilingual ability is an advantage.
