Own a product solution end to end, setting its vision and roadmap, conducting user research, designing UX and UI, and prioritizing work against business value and ROI. Partner with an engineer to lead delivery, track KPIs and post-launch impact, use AI tools to improve product work, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the assigned solution
- Prioritize features with engineering input and align with platform roadmap
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product decisions
- Design high‑quality UX and UI solutions, contributing to the shared design system
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and analysis
- Maintain product quality through design QA during delivery
- Write specifications, arbitrate feature scope, and co‑lead the squad with the IC Engineer
- Track delivery, measure post‑launch impact, and share learnings
- Serve as point of contact for sales and marketing on solution matters
- Communicate roadmap and decisions across stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product or product design experience, preferably in a tech scale‑up
- Experience with structured user research (interviews, testing, insight synthesis)
- Full‑stack product design skills: UX, UI, journey mapping, and contribution to a design system
- Ability to prioritize features based on business value and ROI
- Experience delivering design in an agile, engineering‑partnered squad
- Hands‑on use of AI tools for discovery, design, prototyping, and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer‑obsession and pragmatic problem solving
