UX/ UI Designer
Digital Marketing Solution (pvt.) Ltd. đ§đŠ Dhaka, Dhaka Metropolitan, Bangladesh
Design responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications, including dashboards, admin panels, analytics interfaces, and SaaS products; create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and design specifications. Maintain Figma design systems and reusable UI components, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, ensure accessibility and responsive implementation, and manage multiple projects through review and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, userâfriendly websites and web applications
- Create dashboards, admin panels, CRM interfaces, and dataâdriven UI components
- Develop wireframes, user journeys, highâfidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and specifications
- Define art direction, typography, spacing, iconography, and component styles
- Build and maintain Figma design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
- Ensure accessibility compliance and crossâdevice consistency
- Collaborate closely with developers for pixelâperfect implementation
- Participate in UX reviews, design critiques, and usability testing
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting quality and timeline goals
- Iterate UI libraries based on analytics, stakeholder feedback, and business needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2â3 years of professional UX/UI design experience for websites and web applications
- Active Dribbble and Behance profiles with marketplaceâready projects
- Proficiency in Figma, including design system creation
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, SaaS platforms, and analytics interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and modern design trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder feedback
- Minimum age 22, BSc or equivalent; preference for AIUB, DIU, EWU graduates
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and mentorship abilities (advantageous)
