Design and improve digital experiences across web platforms, mobile applications, and internal systems by translating business needs into clear, scalable, user-centered solutions. Conduct user research and usability validation, evolve design systems, document reusable patterns, and collaborate with product, technology, and business teams through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital experiences for web, mobile, and internal platforms
- Translate business needs and functional requirements into clear, scalable solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual interfaces
- Participate in continuous improvement of existing products
- Conduct user research and validation activities, including usability testing
- Identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement
- Leverage user evidence to iterate and refine designs
- Utilize and evolve existing Design Systems, creating reusable components when needed
- Maintain visual and functional consistency across products
- Document components, patterns, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders
- Attend alignment and refinement sessions and support implementation alongside technical teams
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Product Design Specialist
- Experience designing mobile apps, web platforms, and internal systems
- Proven track record of evolving existing products
- Experience working in agile teams
- Hands‑on user research, usability testing, and validation
- Strong knowledge of user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and Maze
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Structured thinking, autonomy, and problem‑solving abilities
- Willingness to receive and act on feedback
