PRODUCT DESIGNER SPECIALIST

Lead design initiatives and provide technical leadership for the UX Share Experience team, establishing scalable standards and reusable experiences across the SuperApp. Partner with Product, Technology, and Data teams, apply AI to improve design quality and efficiency, support designers and squads on complex challenges, and advance the Design System and design culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead a design team technically and strategically
- Define standards, behaviors, and best practices for platform consistency and scalability
- Create reusable solutions across multiple SuperApp journeys
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Data teams to evolve digital experiences
- Explore AI applications in design to boost productivity and process quality
- Support squads and designers on high‑complexity challenges
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and foster a Design + AI culture
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX and Product Design
- Experience with high‑complexity, strategic projects
- Proven ability to design shared, scalable experiences
- Systemic vision connecting experience, business, and technology
- Experience applying AI to design and digital products
- Proficiency with Figma, Cursor, Cloud Design, GitHub
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary, cross‑squad environments
