Lead brand design projects from initial exploration through final delivery, creating compelling visuals and maintaining brand guidelines. Collaborate with design and marketing leaders on strategy and develop high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Paper, Replit, or other design tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead endâtoâend brand design projects from exploration to final polish
- Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on brand strategy
- Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers
- Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual assets
- Express ideas through highâfidelity mockups using preferred design tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS or tech companies
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns
- Userâexperience focus balanced with design aesthetics
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship for seamless, intuitive design
- Ability to understand how design decisions interconnect across experiences
- Proactive decisionâmaking and forwardâthinking mindset
- Combines design passion with business acumen and relationship building
- Expertise in Figma, Paper, Replit, or comparable design tools
- Experience with digitalâfirst brands and developer tools
- Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy
