Design and prototype hiring workflows for candidates and recruiters, using research and customer feedback to create clear, trustworthy experiences at high volume. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to deliver solutions, communicate design rationale, and improve shared UX patterns and components.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design solutions for defined hiring workflows, from research synthesis through interactive prototypes
- Partner with engineering and product management to execute and ship products using an iterative, customerāfocused design process
- Integrate technology constraints and capabilities into design concepts
- Design AIāassisted highāvolume hiring surfaces with clear system feedback and transparency
- Determine optimal UX solutions based on customer feedback, business goals, and data
- Synthesize research findings to inform featureālevel decisions
- Communicate design rationale, outcomes, and deliverables to partners and stakeholders
- Present and critique work in crossāteam reviews
- Reuse and maintain UX assets and design system components
Requirements
- 1+ years of design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX craft
- Ability to conduct user research and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and highāfidelity mockups
- Collaboration skills with engineering and product management
- Understanding of AIāassisted hiring interfaces
