Graphic Designer (Mandarin-Speaking)

Design packaging, bilingual manuals, labels, inserts, and digital e-commerce assets, while maintaining production master files and ensuring manufacturing and compliance requirements are met. Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers on production timelines, samples, purchase orders, and milestones, and collaborate with internal teams on launches and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design packaging, bilingual manuals, labels, inserts, and digital e-commerce assets, while maintaining production master files and ensuring manufacturing and compliance requirements are met. Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers on production timelines, samples, purchase orders, and milestones, and collaborate with internal teams on launches and campaigns.
Requirements
- Requires professional fluency in spoken and written Mandarin, flexibility to communicate with overseas partners outside regular office hours, and 1 to 3 years of combined graphic design and product development coordination or sourcing experience. Candidates should have strong Adobe Creative Suite and production-file skills, knowledge of packaging and manufacturing requirements, and proficiency in Excel and data tracking; EN/FR localization experience is an asset.
