Design Manager - Water Sector

Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning and delivering water-sector projects from concept through detailed design, including clean water, wastewater, flood risk, and urban drainage work. Act as the technical lead alongside the Project Manager, coordinating clients and internal and external specialists to deliver design-and-build projects, detailed designs, and ownerâs engineer services.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning and delivering water-sector projects from concept through detailed design, including clean water, wastewater, flood risk, and urban drainage work. Act as the technical lead alongside the Project Manager, coordinating clients and internal and external specialists to deliver design-and-build projects, detailed designs, and ownerâs engineer services.
Requirements
- Applicants should be experienced engineers with strong technical expertise in civil, mechanical, electrical, process, or another relevant discipline, and demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Chartered status with a relevant engineering institution is preferred, and experience on major projects is highly desirable; support toward chartership is available.
