Engineering Manager – Design Engineering

Lead the design engineering team and manage engineering execution across concurrent projects, ensuring accurate, manufacturable deliverables are completed on schedule and meet technical and quality requirements. Coordinate design reviews, BOM and release management, customer and cross-functional communication, risk resolution, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, typically 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience, and at least 3 years of engineering leadership or people-management experience. Candidates should have experience managing complex projects, engineering releases and BOMs, manufacturing collaboration, and 3D CAD; ERP/MRP experience and relevant industry experience are advantageous.
