Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least eight years of product design or UX experience are required, along with a portfolio or relevant work link. Preferred qualifications include experience with complex productivity tools and generative AI, knowledge of accessibility and front-end constraints, design-system leadership, motion design expertise, and the ability to lead workstreams and mentor designers.
