Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with product and development teams, maintain design systems, improve navigation and interactions, and use metrics and feedback to iteratively enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams
- Ensure designs follow best practices and accessibility standards
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides
- Define navigation flows and interactions to improve user experience
- Analyze usage metrics and feedback for continuous improvement
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Strong experience in UI design and user experience
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first design
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to analyze UX metrics and iterate based on data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developer collaboration
