- Own end-to-end design for critical product areas, partnering with Product and Engineering from problem definition through delivery and post-launch iteration. Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software, with shipped work and hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems across multiple products. Candidates should demonstrate strong interaction and visual design, end-to-end journey design, rapid prototyping with Figma Make or similar tools, and effective partnership with Product and Engineering; a design or HCI bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience is specified.
