Collaborate across product, research, content, engineering, and analytics; build evidence-backed design direction, deliver scalable experiences, and mentor and raise the quality of other designersâ work.
Requirements
- Candidates should have led design for a complex product area, handled ambiguous problems end to end, and designed scalable experiences across markets and edge cases. They should demonstrate evidence-based decision-making, strong prototyping and visual craft, experience with design systems, effective senior-stakeholder communication, a collaborative mentoring approach, and practical use of AI tools.
