Develop reusable UX patterns and design-system guidance, prototype with AI and code where useful, collaborate with engineers through implementation, and improve experiences using product data and customer feedback.

Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, and a track record of shipping digital products from discovery through launch. They should bring strong UX and systems thinking, technical fluency with frontend concepts, practical use of AI tools, excellent collaboration skills, strong Figma skills, and native-level German plus fluent English.
