- Manage the Design and Tool Room functions, including processes, equipment, budgets, quality, and on-time delivery of design and tooling work. Lead staffing, development, performance management, workflow scheduling, safety communication, and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Requires at least 10 years of mold making, CNC equipment operation, and general tool room experience, plus at least 10 years of combined experience in injection molding, CNC production machining, LSR, and secondary operations. A two-year vocational diploma in machining, tool and die, or moldmaking is preferred; five or more years of supervisory or management experience is also preferred, along with CAD/CAM knowledge and strong people-management, computer, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
