Requirements
- Candidates must have at least three years of UX research experience, particularly in usability testing, be able to plan and promote effective research methods, and have business-level Japanese proficiency. Experience with AI-driven UX research and design and alignment with Rakuten Group's culture are also required; a related degree, AI-assisted research capabilities, and business-level English are desired.
