Lead preconstruction and design for major data center projects, managing external design partners, technical deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder approvals. Coordinate with construction, operations, and customers from land enablement through contractor mobilization, and support project completion and operational turnover.

Coordinate with construction, operations, and customers from land enablement through contractor mobilization, and support project completion and operational turnover.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years managing commercial construction design programs, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline, and experience leading multidisciplinary design teams. Data center experience and a mechanical or electrical engineering background are preferred; candidates should understand MEP systems, project budgets, schedules, construction delivery models, and relevant project software.
