Principal UX Designer, Senior Talent and Transformation (STT)

Define the UX vision and strategic roadmap for AI-native tools that support senior leaders, and own end-to-end product experiences from discovery through launch. Lead executive and cross-functional collaboration, establish design patterns and guidelines, champion human-centered design, and coach designers to raise the organization’s design standards.

Responsibilities

• Set UX vision and influence product roadmap
• Develop and test prototypes to iterate quickly
• Facilitate workshops with executive leaders
• Own end‑to‑end product experience design
• Lead design through discovery to launch phases
• Champion human‑centered design culture
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to generate new ideas
• Mentor junior designers and raise design standards
• Create and promote design guidelines, processes, and tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience with a strong online portfolio
• Expertise in User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
• Experience leading design projects from strategy through execution
• Proficiency with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision
• Ability to communicate strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
