Manage the design process from concept through construction, coordinating architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure designs meet project requirements and budget. Lead design reviews, manage technical submissions, and resolve design and buildability issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from concept through construction, coordinating architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure designs meet project requirements and budget. Lead design reviews, manage technical submissions, and resolve design and buildability issues.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role, with a strong technical background in construction or engineering. Candidates should have excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, along with strong problem-solving ability.
