Lead design delivery for an infrastructure or non-infrastructure element of major potable water transfer projects, managing the design team from feasibility through construction and commissioning. Plan and resource design activities, collaborate with delivery and operational stakeholders, support client sign-off, and promote value-for-money decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Applicants need an engineering or related degree, or an engineering or management apprenticeship supported by industry experience. They should have experience managing a section of multidisciplinary design work across project phases, strong technical and team leadership skills, and the ability to deliver using a production-methodology mindset; water industry experience and professional chartership are desirable.
