Requirements

  • Requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, with substantial building-services design experience and professional engineering credentials or equivalent qualifications. Candidates should have knowledge of health and safety legislation, UK standards and regulations, contracts, financial processes, and strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and project-management skills.
