Requirements
- Candidates must have direct experience on a growth or experimentation-focused product team and have personally run or analyzed A/B tests. They should be comfortable evaluating others’ work, reasoning from data, and delivering concise, specific feedback; experience maintaining design guidelines or review rubrics is a plus.
