Requirements
- Candidates should demonstrate strong product design craft, strategic and systems thinking, and the ability to connect user needs with business, operational, and technical realities. Proficiency with Figma, design systems, and prototyping is expected, along with cross-functional leadership; a portfolio is required, while healthcare or regulated-environment experience is a plus.
