Lead visual and motion craft across key projects, setting quality standards for art direction, interface design, typography, and motion. Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of senior product or visual design experience, ideally in an agency, and a portfolio demonstrating classical design sensibility and product depth. Candidates should understand motion design, use AI prototyping tools and code directly, be comfortable with component-based systems and Git workflows, and have experience collaborating across teams and presenting to senior clients.
