Manage regulatory submissions, maintain the golden thread, ensure compliant and buildable designs, control design changes, and align design programmes with construction.
Requirements
- Candidates should have housebuilding or main contractor experience and strong design management skills, including the ability to coordinate consultants across multiple projects. They should understand residential Building Regulations, particularly Part B, the Building Safety Act, dutyholder responsibilities, and Gateway compliance; remediation, re-cladding, or façade experience is advantageous.
