Requirements
- Candidates need proven commercial experience designing launched, customer-facing products, a strong portfolio, advanced UX/UI and Figma skills, and hands-on experience with complex workflows and large-scale design systems. They should be able to manage work independently, collaborate with developers, and deliver responsive, high-quality designs; FinTech experience, research, accessibility, and multi-product design systems are advantageous.
