Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer (Jordan) - ING509

The Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer will create engaging visual content across digital, social media, and video platforms while supporting the marketing team. They will also utilize AI-powered tools to enhance creative production efficiency and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, digital ads, website visuals, banners, presentations, email graphics, and campaign materials
- Adapt approved designs to various formats, dimensions, languages, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Prepare productionāready files for digital and print use
- Support image editing, retouching, compositing, and visual enhancements
- Produce basic motion graphics, animated social content, video transitions, and promotional videos
- Edit shortāform videos, add typography, music, sound effects, subtitles, and simple animation
- Assist senior designers and motion designers on larger multimedia projects and organize project assets
- Use AI tools for concept development, mood boards, storyboards, image/video generation, and design variations; write and refine prompts
- Review and refine AIāgenerated outputs for quality, brand alignment, and accuracy
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing team members, and stakeholders; receive and apply feedback
- Manage tasks according to priorities, deadlines, and project requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field
- 0ā2 years of professional, internship, or freelance experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, digital content, multimedia, motion graphics, or video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Firefly, AI image/video generation tools, CinemaāÆ4D, Blender, or other 3D software (advantageous)
- Good command of English; Arabic is a plus
- Interest in financial markets, fintech, digital marketing, or tradingārelated content (plus)
- Understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, branding
