Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of experience designing complex, high-impact digital products, with deep expertise in interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking. Candidates should demonstrate strategic leadership, communicate design impact through storytelling, be comfortable with rapid prototyping and AI integration, and have a strong portfolio and experience evolving large-scale design systems.
