Lead Data Centre design projects from concept through completion, coordinating clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring technical, operational, regulatory, and sustainability requirements are met. Responsibilities
- Lead Data Centre design projects from concept through completion, coordinating clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring technical, operational, regulatory, and sustainability requirements are met. Manage design development, resources, budgets, timelines, procurement, contract administration, construction delivery, site inspections, and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
- Requires 10 to 15+ years of experience as a Design Manager or Architect, with proven delivery of Data Centre or other large-scale technical projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Data Centre architecture, MEP coordination, operational requirements, Tier certification, building codes, sustainability standards, Irish or European planning and compliance, and leadership and stakeholder management.
