Lead interaction design for complex services, using user evidence, prototypes, journey maps, and accessibility standards to create simple and effective experiences. Manage, mentor, and support interaction designers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to guide design decisions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have experience designing in an agile environment, understand how the internet works and account for technical constraints, and be able to lead evidence-based design and prototyping for complex projects. They must advocate for user-centered design, create accessible services, and coach and mentor other designers.
