Requirements
- Requires at least five years of industry experience in consultancy or design management, preferably on hotel or related projects, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Candidates should be able to lead design teams, coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and quality, understand construction methods and building regulations, and use design and project management software.
