Lead and coordinate the design process for office-to-hotel conversions, managing consultants and stakeholders while ensuring designs meet project goals, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee design documentation, approvals, value engineering, sustainability, and design support during construction.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of relevant industry experience, including Design Manager or Senior Architect experience with RIBA Stage 5 packages; hospitality or conversion experience is preferred. A bachelorâs degree in architecture or a related field, design-team leadership, knowledge of construction and cost impacts, and proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are required.
