Requirements
- Requires at least 8 years of structural engineering consultancy or design management experience, including complex refurbishment or hotel/residential conversion projects, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field. Candidates should have strong knowledge of structural principles, existing-building assessment, retrofit design, construction methods, temporary works, multidisciplinary coordination, and relevant design and project management software.
