Lead and coordinate MEP design across office-to-hotel conversion and residential projects, integrating building services with architectural and structural designs while meeting operational, regulatory, cost, and programme requirements. Requirements
- Requires at least five years of industry experience in consultancy or design management within a main contractor or developer business, plus a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, building services engineering, or a related field. Candidates should have proven MEP design leadership experience, strong knowledge of building services and applicable regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
