Requirements
- Candidates need commercial experience designing and launching customer-facing products, a strong portfolio demonstrating implemented work and design outcomes, and advanced UX/UI skills with Figma. They should have hands-on experience with complex workflows and large-scale design systems, and be able to manage work independently, collaborate with developers, and use AI tools without compromising design judgment.
