Design cohesive end-to-end customer journeys for business banking, using the central design system and prototyping tools to create effective user experiences. Present and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, user research, usability testing, technical constraints, and accessibility needs, and collaborate with developers through delivery.

Requirements
- Candidates should have demonstrable UX or interaction design experience, take ownership of design projects, and be able to create and clearly communicate prototypes and layouts. They should be comfortable interpreting research, improving design systems, collaborating across disciplines, and advocating for inclusive and accessible customer experiences; financial services experience is desirable.
