Requirements
- Requires proven commercial experience as a Senior Product Designer on launched, customer-facing products, supported by a portfolio that explains the designerās role, decisions, constraints, and outcomes. Candidates should have advanced UX/UI and Figma skills, experience with complex workflows and large-scale design systems, and the ability to manage responsive design work through implementation; FinTech, research, accessibility, and multi-product design system experience are advantageous.
