Requirements
- Requires at least two years of experience in service design, UX research, or product discovery, with strong generative research and synthesis skills. Candidates should be comfortable designing process and workflow solutions, facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and working independently in an early-stage environment; exposure to AI-assisted tools is a plus.
