Senior Product Designer (H/F)

Research user needs and friction points, contribute to product discovery, and shape product vision for the company’s SaaS platforms. Collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering teams to prototype and test solutions, maintain the design system, ensure accessibility, and support high-quality product launches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user pain points and needs
• Translate insights into clear product messages and requirements
• Define and communicate product vision in partnership with the Design team
• Participate in discovery phases to evaluate and prioritize what should be built
• Collaborate closely with the squad to design intuitive, implementable, and consistent features
• Explain design decisions to stakeholders through clear processes
• Maintain and continuously improve the existing design system
• Prototype and test solutions with real users
• Ensure all delivered designs meet accessibility standards
• Work closely with developers throughout the production cycle to guarantee launch quality
• Communicate swiftly, request help when needed, and learn quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional squads (engineering, product, data)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Strong proficiency in Figma and basic Adobe Suite for motion design elements
• Passion for user‑centered design and visual excellence
• Ability to innovate while staying focused on outcomes
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
