Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, uphold craft and production quality, mentor junior designers, and help guide selected projects from concept through implementation.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least six years of professional design experience, a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and conceptual thinking, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion, 3D, Figma, and AI-supported workflows is preferred. They should be able to manage complex projects, present and explain design decisions, quality-control print production and onsite installations, and mentor junior designers.
