Set the artistic direction and manage the brandâs visual identity across events, exhibitions, publications, artist branding, digital products, campaigns, and artwork. Lead and mentor the creative team, integrate AI tools into studio workflows, and collaborate with marketing, curatorial, event, product, and other teams to deliver cohesive work from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Set the artistic direction and manage the brandâs visual identity across events, exhibitions, publications, artist branding, digital products, campaigns, and artwork. Lead and mentor the creative team, integrate AI tools into studio workflows, and collaborate with marketing, curatorial, event, product, and other teams to deliver cohesive work from concept through execution.
Requirements
- Requires 7â8+ years of mid-to-senior design experience, expert-level knowledge of professional AI tools, and expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates should demonstrate strong typography, photo and video art direction, animation or motion graphics, paid social knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines; a portfolio link is required.
