Product Designer UX/UI

Research user behavior and translate business needs into clear information architectures, logical user flows, and effective digital product strategies. Design polished, functional experiences using design systems, present work to clients, coordinate feedback, and ensure proposed solutions deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research and strategy, identify user behavior patterns and translate business needs into information architectures and logical flows
• Design high‑visual‑quality solutions that align with design systems and ensure functional usability
• Present design concepts to clients, gather feedback and iterate to deliver real value
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers and content managers, to ensure design feasibility
• Maintain and evolve design system components and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years designing digital products from concept to delivery
• Strong understanding of usability, interaction design and information architecture
• Passion for user research and data‑driven design decisions
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Ability to present concepts confidently to clients and manage feedback
• Positive, autonomous yet collaborative attitude
