Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, and 4–5 years of marketing design experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Candidates should have strong design fundamentals, proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and the ability to use customer insights and performance data to create effective marketing visuals.
